Basis of Estimate

1. The estimate prepared based on the quantities, provided by you, though there is certain
variations in some of the items.
2. Two Establishment considered at equal distance.
3. Royalty rate as per the Maharashtra Govt. considered.
4. Natural Sand considered.
5. Cement rate Rs. 265 per Bag considered for the estimate, though, the cement rate at the locality
is Rs. 310/- per bag.
6. Diversion Quantity, Safety, considered as per the quantity indicated in BoQ.
7. Design charges not considered in Estimate.
8. The Project Period is 24 Months, though we planned to complete the project in 18 Months from
the day of handing over clear & encumbrance free project site.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Interest free Mobilization Advance 10% of the project cost

2. Retention Money 2.5%.
3. Payment 75% within 7 days and balance in 30 days.
4. Client deliverable within reasonable time.
5. Price variation shall be applicable with basic material price.
6. Change in Law shall be Applicable.
