We create a today action board to communicate to the team the
jobs that has to be done today and the pending job that we have to
do. Another part of the board is to manage the manpower that we
have for everyshift. This is the results of LIFE maintenance,
everyone go in the direction and easy for supervisor to follow up the
jobs
