Statement of the Problem:

The purpose of this study is to know the best or the most suitable style/s of leadership
management and how it affects the workforce productivity in selected manufacturing companies within
Quezon City. The purpose of the study is to answer the following question:

1. What styles of leadership does manufacturing companies use?

2. What is the most prefer style of leadership and;
3. How it affects the workforce productivity of selected manufacturing companies within QC?
