Virtual Pilgrimage Items Volunteers Needed for Presentation

If the hosting parish/school could provide the following, North American

Lourdes Volunteers would be most grateful:
Items Needed:

1. Extension cord and multi-outlet cord

2. Screen (larger the better) for viewing the images
3. 3-4 glass Lourdes Water bowls, small salad bowls
4. 4 baskets for petitions (2) and free will offerings (2)
5. 1 table for the Grotto Rocks and Lourdes Water
6. 1 table large enough for the projector and computer
7. Microphone for the presenter/guide; lapel type is best.
8. Candles optional for the recitation of one decade of or entire Rosary.
Please seek permission from your Pastor for the use of candles.
9. Pencils for writing individual petitions

Volunteers from the hosting parish/school are needed:

1. 3-4 Volunteers to hold the Grotto Rocks for procession

2. 3-4 Volunteers to hold the Lourdes Water bowls for procession
3. 2 Volunteers to distribute the Virtual Pilgrimage Programs, Plenary Indulgence Pamphlets,
Petitions.
4. 2 Volunteers to distribute and collect candles
5. 2 Volunteers to begin lighting candles. The Guide/Presenter will direct this.
6. 2 Volunteers to distribute the Lourdes Water bottles and green prayer sheets at the end of
Virtual Pilgrimage as pilgrims are leaving.
7. 2 Ushers to direct flow for processions
8. 2 Volunteers in charge of lights
9. Music - Organist and/or vocalist to play/sing Marian hymns and Benediction hymns
10. 1 Volunteer to introduce the Guide and North American Lourdes Volunteers
11. 1 Volunteer to take non-invasive pictures during the Virtual Pilgrimage.
