Terms & Conditions

Session duration will be approx 30 - 40 minutes.

Presence of one parent mandatory as and when desired by counsellor.
Sessions to be booked in advance by calling the iDC helpline.
If the session extends beyond the specified time limit it will be calculated as a separate
session.
Students to complete all assignments given in the sessions.
Payment terms 50% advance at the time of signup, balance 50% post completion of
step 1 and 2 and before beginning of step 3.
Refunds and discounts are not applicable.
Service tax will be levied over the total invoice raised as per GOI norms.
No response for request to avail services over a period of 30 days without any prior
intimation of absence will result in automatic termination of services.
Quality of service cant be guaranteed if the student continues to miss the
prescheduled sessions or is not co-operating to complete the pre work assignment.
