Activities:
1) Induction: Teacher starts off her lesson by displaying the
pictures of the movie Night at the Museum to the students.
Teacher asks the students to provide their opinions on the picture.
Teacher elicits students ideas on the pictures. Teacher plays a
short game whereby the teacher asks the students to guess if the
words shown are related to the movie.
2) Explanation: Teacher displays the synopsis of the movie on the
whiteboard. Students read the synopsis given by the teacher.
Teacher asks the students to read aloud the text with teachers
guidance. Upon reading, teacher distributes a KWLH sheet to the
students to be filled in. Teacher guides the students to fill in the
sheet. Teacher asks some students to read aloud their answers.
Then, teacher moves on to the second activity. Teacher asks the
students to read movie reviews from a parent and a teenager.
Teacher asks the students to read aloud. Teacher randomly
chooses some students to state the similarities found in the texts.
3) Practice: Teacher divides the class into six groups, 4 students in
a group. Teacher distributes a Table Cloth and A3 paper to the
students and asks them to fill it in with the moral values that can
be found in the movie. Teacher asks the students to decorate the
A3 paper by along with the Table Cloth by answering some given
questions. Teacher provides some time to the students to
complete the task.
4) Presentation: Teacher moves on by asking the students to
present their moral values and the questions based on the movie
to the class. Teacher projects some questions to the students on
how they manage to elicit the moral values from the movie and
how can they apply the moral values in real life.
5) Closure: Teacher provides her feedback on each students work.
Teacher ensures each student has understood the content of the
lesson.

Activities:
1) Induction: Teacher starts off her lesson by recalling the students
knowledge on days and months. Teacher divides the class into
two teams. Teacher plays spelling bee game with the students.
Teacher asks each student to step forward and spell the word
given. The students with the highest correct spelling win.
2) Explanation: Teacher explains the days and months to the
students and texts the students knowledge on the lesson by
asking them to spell the words verbally.
3) Practice: Teacher distributes a worksheet to the students and asks
them to complete the worksheet in an allocated time. Teacher acts
as a facilitator and guides the students throughout the activity.
4) Presentation: Teacher calls out each student to answer the
questions. Teacher goes through the questions and answers
thoroughly to ensure the students have understood the lesson.
5) Closure: Teacher ends her lesson by providing her feedback on
students performances.

Activities:
1) Induction: Teacher starts off her by eliciting students
understanding on common nouns and proper nouns. Teacher
displays some nouns on the board and asks the students to
categorize them into the respective categories of common nouns
and proper nouns. Teacher ensures the students understanding on
the topic by asking a few examples from the students.
2) Explanation: Teacher continues her explanation by providing
more examples to the students and asking the students to
complete a simple task. Teacher asks the students to provide the
answers for the task and discusses the answers with the students.
Teacher moves on by explaining definite and indefinite articles to
the students and the use of them. Teacher asks the students to
answer some questions on the topic to make sure the students
have understood the content of the lesson.
3) Practice: Teacher asks the students to get into five groups.
Teacher provides a worksheet to each student and asks them to
discuss and complete the worksheet. The students have to
categorize nouns into Common and Proper, whereas for the
articles, they have to match to the correct article. Teacher
becomes the facilitator only.
4) Presentation: Teacher asks the students to walk around and
check the answers with the other groups. Students discuss and
find the solution of the problem if there is any teacher provides
some guidance if needed. Teacher presents their answers and
shares the answers with the others to ensure they have done
correctly.
5) Closure: Teacher provides her feedback on student work and
team work. Teacher compliments the students if they did well.
