Position: Operations Manager

Reports to: Credit Manager

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Job Description:

Manage the retail loan operations function (FINTECH)

Review and update the customer loan files

Checking of loan applications for eligibility criteria
Review signed loan documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
Ensure compliance to the KYC policy
Co-ordinate with the Credit and Treasury teams
Reconciliation of the disbursement bank accounts and collection accounts
Computation of payment schedules, tracking of EMI receipts and checking of interest calculations
Reporting to CIBIL and upload of NACH mandates to Banks
Prepare partywise collection reports
Checking of fee invoices
TDS reconciliations for loan accounts
Monitoring portfolio level Days-Past-Due (DPD) thresholds and preparing MIS reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Commerce graduate
Experience: 1-2 years in banking / NBFC operations
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and understating of basic accounting
