ECDIS 900 Software v4.8.1 Hold on Updating

Be advised, we have identified a memory issue when upgrading existing ECDIS E900
systems. At this time we recommend that systems do not receive field software
upgrades to v.4.8.1

The Navico service team is working directly with customers and vessels who have
reported experiencing this issue. If you have experienced an issue with 4.8.1 and have
NOT reported to service, please feel free to contact your service representative to log
the vessel information.

We expect to have an updated software patch very shortly and will advise upgrade
procedures within a few short days. At this time we dont recommend upgrading any
systems that are on software version 4.5.146 or 4.7.5.
