Good morning to everyone.

Interdependence is essential for a group of organisms to thrive. An

individual must do its part in an ecosystem for it to sustain itself. In this
light, the MQC Administrative Staff is conducting an annual Business
Processes Orientation to encourage everyone in doing their part in
putting things in order.

Communication is a vital tool in meeting core organizational objectives.

It has been our Presidents mission to implement an open
communication policy to be able to achieve our goals as an institution.
Business Processes Orientation is an important channel to bridge the
institutional policies and the efficient delivery of our clients needs.

An institution should be governed by policies and procedures to protect

the companys and the stakeholders interests. In this regard, we need
your help to create awareness that the strict implementation of policies
and procedures will guarantee us a more healthy relationship.

May we use what we will gain in this orientation wisely and may it
enhance our skills in bringing out a more organized institution. It is a
difficult task to determine the effectiveness of our efforts through the
learning outcomes but with the continuous improvement of our craft,
we can definitely achieve excellence.
