GENERAL PROBLEM

Dados Resort is using manual system in reservation and billing thats

why they are experiencing certain problems like losing of records, errors in

recording reservation, overlapping of schedules, difficulty in searching,

retrieving files and also in monitoring schedules due to their existing manual

reservation. Those are the reason why they cant operate effectively and

efficiently causing to dissatisfy their customer needs.

Statement of the problem

1. Low in security.

2. Time monitoring.

3. Difficulty in searching and retrieving files.

4. Possible loss of records and retrieving files.

5. Difficulty in finding the availability of amenities.

6. Overlapping of schedule of amenities.

7. Miscalculation of customers bill.
