I am a final year undergraduate at the Computer Science and Engineering

Department, Jadavpur University. I would like to work as a Junior Research
Analyst - Electric Power and Natural Gas at Mckinsey, Gurgaon.

I was an Undergraduate Researcher at a DST-INRIA project on Smart Grids at

my University. This led to my interest in this field of Energy Systems. I have a
couple of projects related to Smart Grids and a conference paper(INDICON
2015).

I was a Research Intern at INRIA-Rhone Alpes, Grenoble under Prof. Corinne

Touati where I worked on developing a Game-Theoritic model of the Energy
Market. I also worked at a startup (EnTech Ventures) which deals with
Industrial Energy Efficiency, where I was responsible for developing a Report
on the Future of the Indian Utility Sector. I am currently a developer under the
Google Summer of Code Program at Urban Energy Systems Lab,
EMPA,Switzerland. I develop Visualisation modules for their (HUES Platform)
Energy-Optimization software.

I am proficient in Excel, and have an expert knowledge of Database Systems. I

am also quite familiar with statistical concepts as it was part of our course
curriculum. I also have studied the Power Markets extensively both the
technical and economic aspects of it during my research.

I believe I am a perfect fit for this role.
