CONTRACT FOR TH SALE OF USED CAR

This is a contract made between the seller Mahesh Dhaka, and the buyer Sudhir Chahar,
for the sale of sellers car A-Star, Model vxi of the year 2009.

The vehicle was bought from Gujarat state in Vadodara city and it is seven and half years old
and in a perfect condition with a little scratches at 2-3 places, the color of the vehicle is bright
red and it is non-metallic model, tires are in perfect condition and the seat covers are new, the
interior of the car is as good as new, the rear seats are bench type and are foldable.

The plate number of the car is GJ 06 DG 1037, and the odometer reads 40000 kilometres
(without tampering) as of 20th July 2017.

The date of sale is 25th July 2017. Buyer agrees to pay to the seller the purchase price of Rs.
250000 to be paid in cash or by check as suitable for the buyer.

The car is sold AS IS and the seller makes no warranties about the condition of the car.

Seller will provide the buyer with the Vehicles title and other required documents such as

1. Papers of registration of the Car

2. Pollution Certificate
3. Service History
4. Inspection record
5. Damage record.
