With due respect, Ibeg to say that I am suffring from Lumbar Spondilosis in L-2 and L-4 from few
months . Due to 36 Km. Journey per day by Bike I am not getting sufficient relief in back pain inspite of
contineous medicine. So that I want my transfer nearby my Residence in the o/o Sr. Principal RTTC,
BSNL, Sector G LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow.

Therefore, it is requested to Kindly issue Mutual transfer Order with Shri A.P. Singh, Sr. Accountant
as early as possible. Iwill be highly oblidge for kind cooperation .
