Agreement

Your math binder will be a mathematical tool used for

notes, practice, and reflections during this school year.
Your math binder will be used daily, so be responsible
and make sure to bring it to class every day. If you are absent, it is
your responsibility to collect and complete any pages that you have
missed. If you do not have your notebook, take notes on a sheet of
paper and transfer them to your notebook at a later time.

Rules and Justifications

1. Write neatly and legibly
a. So that you can use your notebook as a study tool and
refer back to your notes, examples, and activities.

2. Create a Table of Contents and keep it updated at all times.

a. So that you can quickly find a specific set of notes.

3. Title, date, and number each page

a. So that you can stay organized and your binder is in a
consistent type of order.

4. Take your notebook home every night

a. So that you can use it to help with homework and study.
