Initial Funding / Cheque

Initial Payment cheque from first applicants local bank account on applicant name

Type of account (NRE or NRO) to be specified for credit of initial payment cheque ( if the instructions are
not provided then the funds will be credited to NRE account by default)
Kindly ensure correctness in Initial Payment Cheque. The cheque cannot be sent for clearing with any
type of alteration on it and the same shall be discarded at our end.

Signature Related
Any All

Signature/s of applicant/s on PART- A and PART- B of the form to be the same

Any alteration in the form needs to be counter signed by all the applicant/s. Do not use WHITENER

All signatures on the form should match with the signature on the Passport

Use only BLACK BALL PEN for signature

FATCA

TIN or function equivalent number to be mentioned in the FATCA declaration

Annexure III needs to be self-attested

Separate FATCA declaration required from all the applicants

General Instructions
Photographs need to be affixed under section Photograph and Signature
All photocopies should be clear and legible
All documents provided to be valid on date of submission of the application
