Witness 2, Witness 3 and Witness 4 stated they were all in the parking lot and observed the entire interaction between Victim 1 and Suspect 1 and did not observe an assault, Suspect 1 denied assaulting Victim 1. Suspect 1 stated that he has never lived with Victim 4. Victim 1 stated that she had pain in her right wrist and a red mark, but declined medical treatment. Miss stated they lived together briefly for 3 months during the winter of 2015-2016 in his apartment. MissIMMstated he has been abusive for several months and she has documented her past injuries. Miss [EEE toted on today's date, which Is Mr. Elliott's birthday, that he sent her a text stating he wanted to spend his birthday with her. MissIIIshowed that text to the Responding Officers. She stated she met up with Mr. Eliott at a club in downtown Columbus. She stated she later drove back to the apartment he was renting for a few days ‘while in town which is located at INININNI she stated he came over to her vehicle and was shouting at her to leave and that he did not want her there. She stated he opened the driver's door of her parked vehicle and grabbed her right Printed 11/14/2016 11:36 AM‘wrist and pulled her out of the vehicle causing a red mark on her wrist, The Responding Officers observed a red mark on her right wrist and photographed it Witness 1 III stated she is Mis INNIS friend and was with her atthe club. Mis IM stated when they left the club, an unknown female began physically fighting with Missi outside. After that fight, Miss MB oe back to Mr. Elliott's apartment with Miss iss IMIstated they arrived at the apartment before Mr. Elliott. Miss stated Mr. Eliott and his friends eventually pulled in and parked in separate vehicles. Mr. Elliott was in Witness 2's vehicle I’ iss IMM stated MissIIIIII ot out of her vehicle and walked over to Miss vehicle and began arguing with her. Misslfstated Mr, Elliott was shouting at Miss RE leave. Mr. Elliott and Miss xited their vehicle and walked toward the door of the apartment and Miss followed. Miss ,MItried to enter the door and Mr. Elliott blocked her from entering with his arm, then he proceeded to go inside and shut the door. Miss] stated Mr. Elliott never came over to Miss EI vehic!c 10r did he pull her out of the vehicle. Officers Ricks and Erdenberger and Sergeant Morrow observed Miss III vehicle to be parked in close proximity 10a tall, wooden privacy fence, It did not appear that there would be room for Mr. Elliott to open the driver's door of ‘the vehicle and pull Miss [EE from it by her right wrist as she had stated. It appeared that anyone would have difficulty exiting the driver's seat due to the close proximity of the vehicle to the fence. Witness 2, iss IN stated iss II was already at the apartment when she and Mr. Eliott pulled into the parking lot, She stated Miss NNN walked over to her vehicle and began yelling at her and calling her names, such as "hoe". She stated Miss I attempted to follow her and Mr. Eliat inside the apartment. Witness 3, Band Witness 4, EI ore friends with Mr. Elliott and were the other vehicles that pulled into the parking lot. They both stated they were also at the club and observed Miss IINMMet In 2 physical fight outside the club with an unknown female. They both stated that upon arriving back at Mr. Elliott's apartment that they observed Miss exit her vehicle and aggressively approach Miss II's vehicle and start yelling at her. They both stated Miss [NM tried to enter the apartment, but she was blocked by various people. Mr IMIstated Miss kept shouting that she was going to call the police and ruin Mr. Eliot's career. Suspect 1, Ezekial Elliot, stated he and Miss [INN are only friends and have never been boyfriend and girlfriend, despite having a sexual relationship. Mr. Elliott denied that they have never lived together, but did admit to paying for her apartment and co-signing on a loan for her vehicle. Mr. Elliott stated he initially told Miss) he didn't want to see her on this date, but later agreed to let her meet him at the club for his birthday. While at the club Miss HERES 5c if sne was going home with him and he told her, "No." Afterwards, Mr. Eliott stated he received texts from Miss I around 22:30pm on July 21, 2016, telling him she was going to call the police on him and ruin him. Mr. Elliott stated when he returned to his apartment with his friends, Miss IEEEB ond her friend, MissINE were already there. Mr. Elliott stated Miss aggressively approached the vehicle he was in and began to try and fight Miss NN He stated they exited the vehicle and walked into the apartment as Miss wes shouting, "You've messed with the wrong person. I'm going to ruin your career!" ‘Vs Me. Eliott, Vis i ond 1, Mat! provided written statements which were forwarded to the Columbus Police Records Section. Fifteen photographs were taken of Miss (GR bruises, which she claimed were from previous assaults, and of her vehicle. The photographs shows where vehicle was parked in correlation to the privacy fence. The photographs were uploaded to the Columbus Division of Police U: Drive. Aseparate report was taken for Miss IEEE claims of assault by Mr. Elliott earlier in the week. No arrest was made or charges filed out of either incident due to conflicting stories and not being able to confirm a domestic relationship between Mr. Elliott and Miss iss 2s referred to the Prosecutor's Offce.
