Establishment of Tranquil Mens Church Softball League

Our goal is to provide a competitive softball league that is played with an attitude that
honors our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This league allows the men of the various
churches an opportunity to fellowship together, encourage one another, and minister to
each other. It is also our goal to introduce the Word of God to team members who have
not committed their lives to Christ, and it is our hope that every participant will at some
point make a life-changing decision.

Teams must be comprised of local area Churches and Members. Participants and eligibility
requirements are at the discretion of the Coach and Pastor for the church team being
represented. It is our hope and expectation that all members of each team will attend at least
one church service per month for the church they represent.

Two seasons will be available each calendar year. The Spring Season will begin the third
Tuesday of March and the Fall Season will begin the third Tuesday in August. Each Season will
conclude with a double elimination tournament for all teams participating In the league. Weekly
games will be played Tuesday and Thursday nights at Tranquil Field. Games will be played at
6:30pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm. All makeup games will be played on the following Monday night.
ASA rules will be used except where altered by published rules.

Good Christian conduct is required at all times. All participants will be expected to help
enforce good behavior by their peers. Many spouses and children are normally present at
games and we must set a good example to maintain a wholesome family atmosphere.
