This process has been going on over 2.5 years, since the false accusation of forgery.

In large part, the

same group simply changed their focus and accused me of all sorts of things in this forum to deplete my
resources and keep me busy. They also leaked their complaints to the press immediately if you recall.
This complaint is from six months ago. We cannot agree on a resolution.

At least 12 complaints (I believe that is the number,) have been dismissed/resolved in my favor. These
are what remains and since we cannot agree that I committed misconduct as they allege, the obvious
logical resolution is to have a hearing and let the board decide. I am ready to submit myself to the Board
and answer truthfully and fully.

As you can see, if you can see, for instance, one of the allegations revolves around the facebook page
from over 6 six years ago. In addition to it being beyond the years it should have been looked at, I have
an opinion from an individual who actually wrote the only ethics opinion that related to facebook
pretexting. He in fact opines that my behavior was ethical, legal and an important part of a prosecutor's
work. His expert opinion indicates that the single opinion he was part of in no way should be used to
suggest our work was unethical.

It is unrebutted. While I do not understand how this charge exists, let alone can be proven, I realize this
is the purpose of hearings.

You should also note that there was complicating litigation going on from the Grand Jury matters and
the issues are very interrelated.

What is most significant perhaps is that for years both Cantorna and McGraw have been pleading that I
communicated ex parte with courts in McClure and Grove and that my equipment would prove that.
That was totally false, as I have always maintained. They also have suggested, if not stated to the Courts,
trial courts and appellate courts, they had a basis to know this was on my equipment.

You can now see they have been pleading falsehoods for years. I hope the Office Of Disciplinary Counsel
takes this as seriously as anything they have made me answer for. This has been in many many press
stories and pleading and attempts to ruin my reputation and free both criminal defendants from
convictions. It has also caused undo stress and anxiety to the victims as they have had to stand by and
watch this happen.
