I have a Master in financial management, and I am currently an auditor, a Syrian certified

accountant, and a certified management accountant (CMA).

I was the Country Representative & Head of Finance of Orange Business Services - Syria
Branch (Orange Group), and during the period from September 10, 1994 to September 30,
2015, and I was responsible for the logistics on the branch. I followed the branch liquidation
in Syria as I have the power of attorney and the liquidation mandate, and it was finished in
March 2016.

I assured compliance with the regularity's requirements, and I prepared the annual budgets,
the management accounts, the statutory accounts and the analysis reports. This work
enhanced my managerial and financial skills, and strengthened my capability to work as a
team member with colleagues from many different cultures.
