Acrylic mixing bowl **
Alcohol lamp**
Alcohol torch** & denatured alcohol**
Wax carvers (Roach and Vehe), wax knife and wax spatula**
Crown and bridge scissors**
Small watercolor paint brush**
Plaster bowl ** & spatula
2 Glass slabs**
Sandpaper**
Acrylic stone trimmers**
Lighter/Matches**
Hand towel**
Pencil**
Plaster knife
Boley gauge
1 set maxillary anterior and posterior acrylic teeth please get this ready. Will be needed in 2
weeks time
Polishing felt (bullet and wheel)
Denture flask & denture press (We have a few we can lend or you can borrow from the upper
years or you can provide your own)

Materials that will be provided to you:

1 Edentulous upper master cast
2 sheets baseplate wax (1 high heat & 1 low heat)
Self cure acrylic resin
Heat cure acrylic resin
Vaseline / petroleum jelly
Separating medium
Cellophane or polyethylene sheet
Dental stone and Plaster of Paris
Pumice powder (Coarse and fine)
