2) $300,000 or more in annual income as a couple, or
3) $1 million or more in net worth

3) Pre-initial public offerings (IPOs)
4) IPOs (while available to all investors, IPOs are usually not easily accessible)
5) Sub-prime financing
6) Mergers and acquisitions
7) Loans for startups
