Rep. Dom.
Dear Uncle, You are a very important person in my life who has always been there for

me. I am writing you this letter to inform you about your diabetes and on why you have

it. I want to help you know what kind of sickness you have and help you realize that it's

treatable. Diabetes is when a person has high blood glucose because insulin is

insufficient or because the body's cell do not respond well enough to insulin. You have

to take your insulin between meals and sleep so that your blood sugar can be

controlled. I know you've been having blurry vision, feeling weak and losing weight and

these are all symptoms of diabetes. You shouldn't be drinking soda , you shouldn't

have too much sugar , you shouldn't eat things with salt. You need to maintain taking

your insulin, you need to eat healthy and you also need to exercise. Sincerely Pamela
