When I was a kid, watching people older than me makes me think of

what I could become when I grow up. I always wanted to be like those guys I
think are cool, but I figured out it wont help me become a great man. Being
the 3rd child of our family, I was always told to learn from my older siblings. I
consider my older sister, Karlene, as my role model, maybe its because of her
great self-discipline. She has been very hard working ever since I can
remember. She takes her studies seriously; as a result, she always tops her
class. Shes also good when it comes to art, she draws neatly and it inspired me
to improve my drawing skills. She graduated in high school as the valedictorian.
She moved to Davao, she studied at U.I.C., and as expected, she was on the
deans list.

When I moved to Davao and entered college, we stayed in the same

house again. I was really amazed on how she studies; she almost never leaves
her room just to study. She graduated in college as the magna cum laude and
was expected to be a top board passer, but she came short at 88%. After
passing the board exam, she decided to proceed to medicine. Now, shes
currently on her first year.
