Provide a brief history of the company and overall performance of the company

Report 2 (20%)

Identify comparative advantage of the company that allowed company to expand its operations
overseas.

Report 3 (30%)

Evaluate companys capital structure especially with regards to the cost of capital and compare with
a domestic company that is similar (with respect to industry, size of the company and capital outlay)
in characteristics.

Report 4 (30%)

Evaluate companys performance with regards to the market valuation in stock market as compared
with that of a similar domestic company.
