1. What are the 3 main attributes of negotiability?

The Instrument (and the rights which it embodies) may be
transferred by delivery or delivery and endorsement(depending on
whether it is drawn in favour of bearer or to order);
The person to whom the instrument is negotiated (i.e.the transferee)
can sue in his or her own name; and
The transferee who take the instrument in good faith and for value,
without actual notice of any detect, obtains a good title despite any
defect in title of the transferor.
