As the gateway to the brand, we seek to infuse our guests with positive energy and fill them

Carry Light
Carry Light is one of our campaigns dating back to Fall 2016
Carry Light was created in order to raise awareness for our Liberty Copper collection
This picture is symbolic of thousands of messages of people and how they Carry Light
throughout their lives
This picture was a gift from the Life Is Good Foundation as a product of an activation between
them and ALEX AND ANI
Fans were able to participate in the carry light messaging
o When asked what they carry light for, fans responded by creating a social media
interaction and hash tagging, carry light
This picture is a compilation of each of those social media interactions, which is thousands of
messages of carry light each compiled into a unique spot, to create this image you see above
The Life Is Good Foundation compiled this photo and gifted it to Carolyn and she said there was
no better place than Reception for it
Symbols
Panthers
o There are panthers surrounding every desk and one in each office
o As a sign of courage, valor, and power, ALEX AND ANI employees are surrounded by
their protection
Atlantian symbols on doors
o Throughout the office you will observe Atlantian symbols on the doors of the
conference rooms and offices
o As another sign of protection, the Atlantian symbols guard off negativity and protect the
space you are entering
Atlantian Fountain on 3rd floor
o The fountain on the 3rd floor is a very special symbol here at ALEX AND ANI
o While the Atlantian symbol stands for protection and guarding off negative energy, the
water represents the energy flowing continuously through the fountain
o As the water drifts down the Atlantian symbol, they work in harmony to create peace
and tranquility
Crystals
o The office is lined with crystals which keep our sacred space infused with positive
energy
o In the 3rd floor conference room, our first original conference room, we have a
horseshoe conference table, filled with crystals to keep the room positive
CHARITY BY DESIGN
CHARITY BY DESIGN was created in Feb 2011 to spread the ALEX AND ANI ideal of sharing
positive energy worldwide
Since its birth in 2011, CHARITY BY DESIGN has given back a total of (more than) $46 million in
donations
Partnerships
o Through our design partnerships, we donate 20% of the purchase price to the partner
when sold through ALEX AND ANI retail, B2B & ecommerce channels
We currently have 50 non-profit partners and 56 designs available
From product sales alone, we have donated more than $35 million from solely
product sales
o Our partnerships have a strong focus on organizations whose mission aligns with
EMPOWERMENT, HEALTH & WELLNESS, OUR PLANET AND CHILDREN
CHARMED BY CHARITY Events

o Partners and various non-profits are invited to host in-store events with us
o 15% of sales are donated directly back to their organization
o Since 2011, we have hosted 5,800 events

o In-kind donation: instead of giving money to buy needed goods, the goods/services
themselves are given

o The Brand Licensing division of ALEX AND ANI builds relationships with world-class
organizations, creates co-branded exclusive pieces for consumers, and encourages
innovative collaborations

His art combines cubism, pop art, and graffiti while using vibrant

The point of his art is to express a visual of hope and happiness

Wonder woman is so special to ALEX AND ANI because she is a
leader in the fight for justice
She looks for peaceful resolutions before conflict, using her lasso
of truth as a weapon
While her bracelets are unbreakable, deflecting evil
She protects the world with a fierce and gracious heart
Just like ALEX AND ANI, she channels her superpowers to defend
and unite humanity
