their lives in the storm, primarily as a result of the storm surge that flooded

cyclonic storm of the 1970 North Indian Ocean cyclone season, and also the season's
strongest. The 1970 cyclone is nonetheless the deadliest tropical cyclone on record
and is one of the deadliest natural disasters in recent history. The exact death
toll will never be known, but it is estimated that between 300,000 and 500,000
people lost their lives.The bhola storm was a category of Very Severe Cyclonic
Storm (IMD).Many people lost there property,got severly injured,escaped etc.
Bangladesh had to experience a horrible disaster.
