RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN

(RPP)

Subject : English

Class/Semester : I (one)/ 2 (two)

Standard Competence: Ability to express a simple instruction and information in the context of the
classroom.

Basic competence: Pronouncing a new vocabulary about fruits correctly.

Time allocations: 2x35 minutes

Learning objectives:

1. Students are able to mention the name of the fruits based on the picture.
2. Students are able to answer questions from friends or the teacher.

The characters of the students which are expected:

- Trustworthiness

- Respect

- Diligence

- Responsibility

- Courage

Leaning method:

- The students listen the new vocabularies together which are spoken by the teacher based on
the flashcard. Then, the students repeat it loudly.

- Each students have to repeat the new vocabularies which are spoken by the teacher based on
the flashcard loudly.

The steps of learning activities:

1. Introduction:
Apperception and motivation:
- The teacher shows a big picture which is illustrated the topic that they will learn.
- The teacher ask to the students that they have known about the name of the fruits which
are contains in the picture or not.

2. Core activities:
Exploration
The teacher asks the students to listen the material which they heard from the teacher
and repeat what they already heard in classically.

Elaboration
The students repeat what the teacher says in group and individual.
The teacher pays attention to the pronunciation of the students and give the correction
if the pronunciation is incorrect.

Confirmation
The teacher make a question and answer section (discussion section) about the
material.
The teacher with the students do discussion. After that, give the clarification and
conclusion.

3. Closing activities:
The teacher point each students randomly to say the name of the fruits which are
showed by the teacher.
The teacher asks the students to learn again about the material which are given by the
teacher at home.
