YOU MAY USE APPLES, PEACHES, CHERRIES, BLACKBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, RHUBARB ETC. . NO MIXES. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE MADE.FROM SCRATCH. }. ALL ENTRIES WILL BE TRADITIONAL PIES WITH A TOP AND BOTTOM CRUST. NO CRUMB OR WHIPPED TOPPINGS. }. ENTRY FORM ON BACK OF PAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH EACH ENTRY. . MORE THAN ONE ENTRY MAY BE MADE BY THE SAME PERSON. |. ENTRIES MUST BE BAKED AND SUBMITTED IN DISPOSABLE PANS. . BRING ENTRY TO SINCLAIRVILLE FIRE HALL BETWEEN 9:30AM AND 11AM. JUDGING WILL BEGIN AT 11AM. THE WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT 1PM. . ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE HISTORY FAIR COMMITTEE AND WILL BE SOLD TO BENEFIT THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY. PIES WILL BE JUDGED ON APPEARANCE, FLAKINESS AND TASTE OF THE CRUST AND FLAVOR AND CONSISTENCY OF THE FILLING. 10. 1%, 2° AND 3" PLACE PRIZES AND THREE HONORABLE MENTIONS WILL BE AWARDED.
