I would like to utilize this space to provide additional insights to my profile at ONGC. At ONGC, I
have been actively involved in organizing various events including annual TAC meet, a high profile
event attended by the top management of ONGC. As an integral part of the organizing committee for
the events, I have managed teams of more than 50 people dealing with logistics, corporate
communication, hospitality, etc. among other functional areas for the past 3 years. I have also
hosted several interaction programs chaired by the top management at the ONGC academy. I am
also a professional artificial lift trainer and have delivered 15 modules of training so far, training
over 400 professionals across ONGC.

I have always tried to extend my problem solving skills to generate innovative solution to various
challenges. I recently improvised the designs of commercially unsuccessful product called Pig lift. I
am in the process of arranging fund for prototype testing and have presented the proposal to the
ONGC management. Another innovative project that I have worked on was the low cost beam driven
compressor, a portable unit for utilizing the low pressure gas in the oil wells. The prototype was
prepared with funding from ONGC and has shown encouraging results in the pilot tests. We are
trying to fine tune the design to improve and incorporate certain functionality we got as feedback
during the field pilot test. My innovative streak will help me contribute actively at various forums at
Darden as well.
