Food Chain
Food chain - A series of types of living things in which each one uses the next lower member
of the series as a source of food

A food chain shows the feeding relationship between different living things in a particular
environment or habitat. Plants are the bottom of a food chain because they
are autotrophs that make their food from the non-living environment.

An arrangement of the organisms of an ecological community according to the order of

predation in which each uses the next usually lower member as a food source
