Can you tell me a little about yourself?

Well, my name is Karlos and have twenty four years old. I was born in the city
of Chimbote and Im the third of four brothers. Actually my family live in Nuevo
Chimbote. I studied mining engineering in Trujillo. Completing my career I had
practices in a underground gold mine located in the sierra of the department
of La Libertad.
Actually, Im looking an opportunity for a great company like Tahoe Resuorces
where I can to contribute and grown. Im very enthusiastic with that vacant
position.
How did you hear about this position?
I saw this position listed on LinkedIn and was extremely excited when I saw
that you were looking for a planning assistant especially because it is in the
perfect location, a country where I can to train myself the weekends.

I feel that I am a great candidate for this position since I comply the
requirements and also I like to interact with the areas of the organization for
to meet the objectives of the company.
What do you know about our company?
Tahoe Resources is a Canadian mining company que se dedica a la exploracion
y explotacion de propiedades minerales con contenido de metales preciosos.
En el ao 2015 adquiri la empresa Rio Alto Mining.
Actualmente cuenta con dos minas de oro a tajo abierto en Per, La Arena
ubicada en Huamachuco, La Libertad y Shahuindo ubicada en Cajabamba,
Cajamarca.
Describe your personality outside of work?
Outside work I like to talk to my friends, go for a walk or eat. Overall, enjoy
pleasant moments.
What would you consider to be your greatest weakness?
Considero que es el desorden, me cuesta un poco poder mantener el orden.
Por eso ahora siempre trato de organizarme antes de hacer algo y
manternerlo as.
What is your greatest strength?
Im a very meticulous person, at my last job I always check that everything is
well written, that any report that is made has adequate support.
What was your biggest failure?
I consider that it was not to have entered the National University of
Engineering.
