2 stage manufacturing system

Jobs arrives at assembly work station with exponential inter-arrival times of mean 5 hrs.
[Assume that the assembly process has all the raw materials]
The assembly time is uniformly distubuted btwn 2-6 hrs. After process is completed a quality
control inspection is perfomed. Past data revealed that 15% of the jobs fail any given inspection
and go back to assembly operation for rework( multiple reworks until they pass inspection)
Jobs that pass inspection go to the next stage which is a painting operation that takes 3hrs per job.
Simulate the system for 100hrs to obtain process utilization, average job waiting time, avg no of
reworks per job and avg job flow times.
