DETERMINATION

-Is the behavior making the IEP team question moving

the student?

-Was the behavior caused by a disability?

-Has the IEP been implemented properly?

-Parents, IEP team, and the individual who saw and reported
the behavior must be at the meeting
-Conduct an FBA and create a BIP
-Gather relevant information, observe the child, interview
teachers
-Look at IEP and placement
