P2: Good Morning P1, it is a pleasure to meet you.

P1: Ok, could you tell me something about yourself?

P2: Well, I am 23 years old, and I am currently looking for a job, a few days ago notice an
advertisement in the newspaper that needed a person to handle a call center area and I believe
that I am qualified for the position.

P1: Why do you want to work for our company?

P2: Im a customer of your company and I think you give excellent service. I want to work in a
company which cares both about its employees and its clients.

P1: What are you best qualities?

P2: I am very hardworking and I like to work with people. I am very patient and polite so clients
like me. In addition, I know many foreign languages: German, French, Polish and some Spanish.

P1: Oh good, you're hired, do you have any questions?

P2: Yes Mr. What will be my main responsibilities?

P1: You will be in charge of being the director of the department of call center, so you must verify
that the whole area works in the best way, and you will be in charge of solving the problems that
happen and informing me.

P1: Any question?

P2: Yes Mr. P1. How much will I earn?

P1: You will start with a basic salary of 400 dollars but as time goes by you will earn commissions
and you can be earning between 700 dollars per month.

P2: OK, Can I start working today?

P1: Not quiet, go to rest at home and I wait for you 7:30 am to give you the last indications before
your working day. See you Mr. P2.

P2: It's alright Mr. P1. Tomorrow I'll be at 7. Many thanks for giving me the job.
