(Chemical Process Safety)

Aims:
This couse is developed to provide to students the following knowledge and abilities:
Toxicology and indistrial hygiene.
Basic knowledge and prevention of fire and explosion.
Methods of risk estimation.
Methods of evaluating hazards, operating problems of a process and the likelihood of an
incident.

Course outline:
This subject presents knowledge of toxicology and indistrial hygiene. Moreover, this course also
offers knowledge of fire and explosion. Finally, the methods of risk estimation and safety
evaluation of a process system are also represented.
