This file is used to let your mouse move out of your window.

It only works if you play in windowed mode, so no full screen.

You simply enable mouse freedom by copy/pasting the [dinput.dll] file
in your RO folder (Go back 1 folder).
If you want to remove mouse freedom, simply remove [dinput.dll]
from you RO folder and it's gone immediatly.
