Analog computer: Analog computer is the computer that measure

physical quantities such as pressure and temperature and convert them


to numeric values for different calculation. For example, a service
station gasoline pump contains an analog processor and analog device
that converts fuel flow measurements into quantity and price values.
Speedometer in cars is another example of analog computer.

Digital computer: A digital computer is based on the principle of


accounting. It directly count numbers, represent numbers, letters and
other symbols. Digital computer stores data in the form of 0 and 1. All
the personal computers are the examples of digital computers.

Hybrid computer: A hybrid computer combination of analog and


digital computers. These are special purpose computers, which are very
fast and accurate. These computers are used in Hospitals, spaceship,
missiles and in military weapons.
