Process to open an IT ticket

1. Click on below link to enter HPSM:

https://itsm-support.corp.hp.com/sm-ess/ess.do

2. Click on Request Assistance option

3. Search oca word into field and click on Go button

4. Click on option All Categories > ecommerce > quote and configuration > next generation configuration engine
(ngc) > oca
5. Enter info requested on mandatory fields
Impact: department
Request Summary: Enter a short description of problem
Problem Description: Enter group assignment as defined below, and then write a description
of the problem. Try to be specific and paste all evidence to explain it.

6. Click on Add File button if you have files to support problem.


7. Click on Submit button to create ticket.
8. System will show SD ticket.
