Subject: Need analysis document for 4Ps assignment

Name of the project: Multi-Purpose Mini-Rack

Problem statement: Most of the rooms in our hostel dont have Study racks. Students place all objects
including books and files on tables and this causing a mess. It is becoming difficult to trace smaller objects
like cycle keys, room key, Pen drives and sometimes wallets as well. Also there is no provision given to
place the toiletries used by students. They are placing them at random locations and when the need comes
it becomes a tough task to trace them.
