EMERALDS & FOUNDERS EMERALD -PLATINUM GROWTH BONUS Qualified Emeralds and Founders Emerald would be rewarded Rs. 100,000 per additional Qualified Platinum over PY 2015-16, in their Personal Emerald Group down to but excluding the next downline qualified Emerald and Highest Pin Diamond & Above. Only In-Market Sales would be considered for the One year and Consistency Bonanza programs. All qualifications have to startand end in the same Performance Year i.e. September — August. ABO’ can qualify for Founders Diamond & above levels through FAA program as well. All qualifications are subject to validation from Amway India. Ifan ABO achieves more than one pin level in the same year, only highest pin achieved will be considered for payments (eg, ABO with New Founders Platinum & New Sapphire in same year will getthe New Sapphire PAB Amount) “All payments for the | year program and the Consistency Bonanza Program are subject to all applicable taxes and levies as prevailing from time to time and shall be complied duly by the ABOs”. This program is a discretionary program and is liable to be changed or amended by Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion any time during the period of the program, without any prior notice. GIP is not a guaranteed part of the Amway Sales Plan. It shall be paid out only to those ABOs who are ‘in good standing with the company and Amway’s Rules of Conduct & Code of Ethics, during the program & at the time of payouts.
