Greetings University of West Georgia Wolves,

Renaissance Middle School is looking for participants for our Monthly College Awareness
Station. This memo comes as an invite to participate in our Monthly College Awareness Station.
Our Monthly College Awareness Station highlights colleges as we expand upon college readiness
amongst our scholars. We hope you can join us in educating our scholars on your school and
your school history.

Your support and expertise will help our students have a better understanding of their career
goals. Each presenter is asked to provide a display of your college/university. If possible, please
bring pamphlets and prizes to present to our students. Feel free to bring your college queen or
mascot along with you. Please prepare to discuss your background, education, and personal
goals. You should also include the importance of having great interpersonal skills.

As Renaissance Middle School AVID Site Coordinator, I ensure efforts are made to ensure a
successful transition of our students from middle school to high school. This effort continues so
that students will have a realistic plan for post-secondary options.

If you are unable to attend, but would still like your college, university, business or organization
to be represented during this time feel free to send information such as pamphlets, and
