b) Does the learner or his company decide on the
course content?
c) What are the wants and needs of my clients?
d) So either I have to or my employer has to conduct a
needs analysis.
e) What should I focus on in the needs analysis?

Business Options: Upper Intermediate.
Business Class: Advanced.
