END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE

IMPORTANTREAD CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft software product
identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and
online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes
any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you by Microsoft. Any
software provided along with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that is associated with a separate end-user license
agreement is licensed to you under the terms of that license agreement. By installing, copying, downloading,
accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If
you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may,
however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTisprotectedbycopyrightlawsandinternationalcopyrighttreaties,aswell
asotherintellectualpropertylawsandtreaties.TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTislicensed,notsold.
1.GRANTOFLICENSE.ThisEULAgrantsyouthe following rights:
ApplicationsSoftware.Youmayinstall,use,access,display,run,orotherwiseinteractwith
(RUN)onecopyoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCT,oranypriorversionforthesameoperating
system,onasinglecomputer,workstation,terminal,handheldPC,pager,smartphone,orother
digitalelectronicdevice(COMPUTER).TheprimaryuseroftheCOMPUTERonwhichthe
SOFTWAREPRODUCTisinstalledmaymakeasecondcopyforhisorherexclusiveuseona
portablecomputer.
Storage/NetworkUse.YoumayalsostoreorinstallacopyoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTona
storagedevice,suchasanetworkserver,usedonlytoRUNtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTonyour
otherCOMPUTERSoveraninternalnetwork;however,youmustacquireanddedicatealicensefor
eachseparateCOMPUTERonwhichtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTisRUNfromthestoragedevice.
AlicensefortheSOFTWAREPRODUCTmaynotbesharedorusedconcurrentlyondifferent
COMPUTERS.
LicensePack.IfthispackageisaMicrosoftLicensePack,youmayRUNadditionalcopiesofthe
computersoftwareportionoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTuptothenumberofcopiesspecified
aboveasLicensedCopies.Youarealsoentitledtomakeacorrespondingnumberofsecondary
copiesforportablecomputeruseasspecifiedabove.
ReservationofRights.AllrightsnotexpresslygrantedarereservedbyMicrosoft.

2.DESCRIPTIONOFOTHERRIGHTSANDLIMITATIONS.

Academic Edition Software. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is identified as Academic Edition or

AE, you must be a Qualified Educational User to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If you are not
a Qualified Educational User, you have no rights under this EULA. To determine whether you are a
Qualified Educational User, please contact the Microsoft Sales Information Center/One Microsoft
Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399 or the Microsoft subsidiary serving your country.
NotforResaleSoftware.IftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTislabeledNotForResaleorNFR,
then,notwithstandingothersectionsofthisEULA,youruseoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTis
limitedtousefordemonstration,test,orevaluationpurposesandyoumaynotresell,orotherwise
transferforvalue,theSOFTWAREPRODUCT.
LimitationsonReverseEngineering,Decompilation,andDisassembly.Youmaynotreverse
engineer,decompile,ordisassembletheSOFTWAREPRODUCT,exceptandonlytotheextentthat
suchactivityisexpresslypermittedbyapplicablelawnotwithstandingthislimitation.
 SeparationofComponents.TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTislicensedasasingleproduct.Its
componentpartsmaynotbeseparatedforuseonmorethanoneCOMPUTER.
Trademarks.ThisEULAdoesnotgrantyouanyrightsinconnectionwithanytrademarksorservice
marksofMicrosoft.
Rental.Youmaynotrent,lease,orlendtheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.
ApplicationSharing.TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTmaycontainMicrosoftNetMeeting,aproduct
thatenablesapplicationstobesharedbetweentwoormoreCOMPUTERS,evenifanapplicationis
installedononlyoneoftheCOMPUTERS.YoumayusethistechnologywithallMicrosoft
applicationproductsformultipartyconferences.FornonMicrosoftapplications,youshouldconsult
theaccompanyinglicenseagreementorcontactthelicensortodeterminewhetherapplicationsharing
ispermittedbythelicensor.
SupportServices.MicrosoftmayprovideyouwithsupportservicesrelatedtotheSOFTWARE
PRODUCT(SupportServices).UseofSupportServicesisgovernedbytheMicrosoftpoliciesand
programsdescribedintheusermanual,inonlinedocumentation,and/orinotherMicrosoftprovided
materials.AnysupplementalsoftwarecodeprovidedtoyouaspartoftheSupportServicesshallbe
consideredpartoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTandsubjecttothetermsandconditionsofthis
EULA.WithrespecttotechnicalinformationyouprovidetoMicrosoftaspartoftheSupportServices,
Microsoftmayusesuchinformationforitsbusinesspurposes,includingforproductsupportand
development.Microsoftwillnotutilizesuchtechnicalinformationinaformthatpersonallyidentifies
you.
SoftwareTransfer.TheinitiallicenseeoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTmaymakeaonetime
permanenttransferofthisEULAandSOFTWAREPRODUCTonlydirectlytoanenduser.This
transfermustincludealloftheSOFTWAREPRODUCT(includingallcomponentparts,themedia
andprintedmaterials,anyupgrades,thisEULA,and,ifapplicable,theCertificateofAuthenticity).
Suchtransfermaynotbebywayofconsignmentoranyotherindirecttransfer.Thetransfereeofsuch
onetimetransfermustagreetocomplywiththetermsofthisEULA,includingtheobligationnotto
furthertransferthisEULAandSOFTWAREPRODUCT.
Termination.Withoutprejudicetoanyotherrights,MicrosoftmayterminatethisEULAifyoufailto
complywiththetermsandconditionsofthisEULA.Insuchevent,youmustdestroyallcopiesofthe
SOFTWAREPRODUCTandallofitscomponentparts.
3.UPGRADES.IftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTislabeledasanupgrade,youmustbeproperlylicensed
touseaproductidentifiedbyMicrosoftasbeingeligiblefortheupgradeinordertousethe
SOFTWAREPRODUCT.ASOFTWAREPRODUCTlabeledasanupgradereplacesand/or
supplements(andmaydisable)theproductthatformedthebasisforyoureligibilityfortheupgrade.
YoumayusetheresultingupgradedproductonlyinaccordancewiththetermsofthisEULA.Ifthe
SOFTWAREPRODUCTisanupgradeofacomponentofapackageofsoftwareprogramsthatyou
licensedasasingleproduct,theSOFTWAREPRODUCTmaybeusedandtransferredonlyaspartof
thatsingleproductpackageandmaynotbeseparatedforuseonmorethanoneCOMPUTER.
4.COPYRIGHT.AlltitleandcopyrightsinandtotheSOFTWAREPRODUCT(includingbutnot
limitedtoanyimages,photographs,animations,video,audio,music,text,andappletsincorporated
intotheSOFTWAREPRODUCT),theaccompanyingprintedmaterials,andanycopiesofthe
SOFTWAREPRODUCTareownedbyMicrosoftoritssuppliers.All title and intellectual
property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be
protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. If this SOFTWARE PRODUCT
contains documentation which is provided only in electronic form, you may print
one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed
materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
5.DUALMEDIASOFTWARE.YoumayreceivetheSOFTWAREPRODUCTinmorethanone
medium.Regardlessofthetypeorsizeofmediumyoureceive,youmayuseonlyonemediumthatis
appropriateforyoursingleCOMPUTER.YoumaynotRUNtheothermediumonanother
 COMPUTER.Youmaynotloan,rent,lease,orotherwisetransfertheothermediumtoanotheruser,
exceptaspartofthepermanenttransfer(asprovidedabove)oftheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.
6.BACKUPCOPY.AfterinstallationofonecopyoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTpursuanttothis
EULA,youmaykeeptheoriginalmediaonwhichtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTwasprovidedby
Microsoftsolelyforbackuporarchivalpurposes.Iftheoriginalmediaisrequiredtousethe
SOFTWAREPRODUCTontheCOMPUTER,youmaymakeonecopyoftheSOFTWARE
PRODUCTsolelyforbackuporarchivalpurposes.ExceptasexpresslyprovidedinthisEULA,you
maynototherwisemakecopiesoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTortheprintedmaterialsaccompanying
theSOFTWAREPRODUCT.
7.U.S.GOVERNMENTRESTRICTEDRIGHTS.AllSOFTWAREPRODUCTprovidedtotheU.S.
GovernmentpursuanttosolicitationsissuedonorafterDecember1,1995isprovidedwiththe
commercialrightsandrestrictionsdescribedelsewhereherein.AllSOFTWAREPRODUCTprovided
totheU.S.GovernmentpursuanttosolicitationsissuedpriortoDecember1,1995isprovidedwith
RESTRICTEDRIGHTSasprovidedforinFAR,48CFR52.22714(JUNE1987)orFAR,48CFR
252.2277013(OCT1988),asapplicable.
8.EXPORTRESTRICTIONS.ThisSOFTWAREPRODUCThasbeenclassifiedbytheUS
GovernmentasexportableunderLicenseExceptionTSU.Thereforethefollowingtermsapply:You
agreethatyouwillnotexportorreexporttheSOFTWAREPRODUCT,anypartthereof,orany
processorservicethatisthedirectproductoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCT(theforegoingcollectively
referredtoastheRestrictedComponents),toanycountry,personorentitysubjecttoU.S.export
restrictions.YouspecificallyagreenottoexportorreexportanyoftheRestrictedComponents(i)to
anycountrytowhichtheU.S.hasembargoedorrestrictedtheexportofgoodsorservices,which
currentlyinclude,butarenotnecessarilylimitedtoCuba,Iran,Iraq,Libya,NorthKorea,Sudanand
Syria,ortoanynationalofanysuchcountry,whereverlocated,whointendstotransmitortransportthe
RestrictedComponentsbacktosuchcountry;(ii)toanypersonorentitywhoyouknoworhavereason
toknowwillutilizetheRestrictedComponentsinthedesign,developmentorproductionofnuclear,
chemicalorbiologicalweapons;or(iii)toanypersonorentitywhohasbeenprohibitedfrom
participatinginU.S.exporttransactionsbyanyfederalagencyoftheU.S.government.Youwarrant
andrepresentthatneithertheBXAnoranyotherU.S.federalagencyhassuspended,revokedordenied
yourexportprivileges.

9.NOTEONJAVASUPPORT.THESOFTWAREPRODUCTMAYCONTAINSUPPORTFORPROGRAMSWRITTENINJAVA.
JAVATECHNOLOGYISNOTFAULTTOLERANTANDISNOTDESIGNED,MANUFACTURED,ORINTENDEDFORUSEOR
RESALEASONLINECONTROLEQUIPMENTINHAZARDOUSENVIRONMENTSREQUIRINGFAILSAFEPERFORMANCE,
SUCHASINTHEOPERATIONOFNUCLEARFACILITIES,AIRCRAFTNAVIGATIONORCOMMUNICATIONSYSTEMS,AIR
TRAFFICCONTROL,DIRECTLIFESUPPORTMACHINES,ORWEAPONSSYSTEMS,INWHICHTHEFAILUREOFJAVA
TECHNOLOGYCOULDLEADDIRECTLYTODEATH,PERSONALINJURY,ORSEVEREPHYSICALORENVIRONMENTAL
DAMAGE.

MISCELLANEOUS
IfyouacquiredthisSOFTWAREPRODUCTintheUnitedStates,thisEULAisgovernedbythelawsof
theStateofWashington.
IfyouacquiredthisSOFTWAREPRODUCTinCanada,unlessexpresslyprohibitedbylocallaw,this
EULAisgovernedbythelawsinforceintheProvinceofOntario,Canada;and,inrespectofanydispute
whichmayarisehereunder,youconsenttothejurisdictionofthefederalandprovincialcourtssittingin
Toronto,Ontario.IfthisSOFTWAREPRODUCTwasacquiredoutsidetheUnitedStates,thenlocallaw
mayapply.
