Device Manager install qualcomm hs-usb driver.

run qpst server and add new port
Select qpst software download and backup xxx.qcn

Run ultra edit open with xxx.qcn

Find crash&old imei

Open Search Box write old imei hex The first four rows "converted imei"

For example;

enter new imei and click <convert imei>

change the line coverted new imei..

# dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p12
