This is with regard to an ongoing, inconvenient and unhealthy problem that warrants immediate
attention of the CENRO Officials.

As can be presently seen, CENRO has the terminal for its dump trucks located in Ma-a. Though
such fact has been on for many years, it is only now that the homeowners has experienced inconvenience
and health threat due to a very unbearable stench coming out from CENROs garage specifically located
around block 1. The foul smell has been on for weeks now and the homeowners are fearing for its
unhealthy consequences. Thus, homeowners as taxpayers are together as one in this endeavor in
petitioning your office for a swift action regarding the matter at hand.

Out of respect to your authority on the matter, we deemed it proper to ask for your action first
before resorting to elevate the matter directly to the City Mayors. Hoping for your positive response.
