Rules and Instructions
Answer sheet

Please fill in first name, surname, class and teacher-ID (will be given to you by your
teacher) legibly into the designated fields.

Detach the lower part of the answer sheet. You will find your user data on it with which
you will be able to access your result online.

You may use any kind of pen or pencil. Please make sure you tick your answer accurately.
(We advise you to use a pencil to be able to carry out corrections).

Examination

You have 60 minutes to answer the 25 questions.

Accuracy and speed are important.
Hence you should try not to deal too long with a single question, skip it and try to
answer it in the end if you have time left.
Only one single answer is correct. If several answers are checked that assignment
will be counted as wrong. For each incorrect answer a fourth of the gainable score
will be deducted. So it is better not to answer at all than to check a wrong answer.
Therefore dont guess, calculate!
The answer sheet must not be folded or crinkled. Notes or comments outside of
the given fields are not allowed.
There are no aides of any kind (calculator, formulary etc.) allowed.

Assessment

There are five difficulty levels: The gainable score is given for each question.
The assessment will be carried out within a short period of time and can be
accessed on http://anmeldung.pangea-wettbewerb.de (Schler-Login) using
your user data (ID-number and password).

We wish you much success and we hope you will keep on enjoying maths.
