idendum To Supply Agreement Number R191 Buyer and Seller agree to extend Supply Agreement Number R191 to May 31, 2011, subject to this condition: Rither Buyer or Seller can request a price adjustment due to a change in the Seller’s actual cost of metal raw material. A change can be requested no sooner than 3 months from the prior adjustment, and only if the actual cost of Seller's metal raw material has changed by 10% or more. If Buyer or Seller cannot reach agreement on new (adjusted) prices, then either Buyer or Seller can terminate the contract on 60 days notice. Current (unadjusted) pricing will remain in effect during this period.
