Ref: Arising The Bill Generation Service in MissionKaktiya website is integrated with Bill Monitoring System (BMS) under control of Finance Department's Directorate of Works Accounts, which deals purely financial matters. Hence, Implementation of Digital Signing using Digital key is necessary for security & authenticity purpose. In this regards, it is to inform that the e-Governance Wingof Irrigation & CAD Dept has developed a Service Digital Signing using Digital key for Bill Generation in Mission Kakatiya website for Phase-I Bills as a pilot implementation, later it will implemented for the remaining Phase bills, which is similar to e-procurement website processing of Tenders. Therefore, all the Executive Engineers working in Missionkaktiaya are requested to use Digital key for security & authenticity for Bill Generation Service in MissionKakatiya web site else bill cannot be processed, and further the Executive Engineers are requested to 1. Renewal of Digital Key before its expiry. 2. Required Guidelines & UserManual can be downloaded from MissionKakatiya website.
