Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are
persons whose mobility and use of a building
are affected as a consequence of one or
more of the following physical or sensory
disabilities or impairments:
(a) Ambulant disabled
(b) Wheel-bound
(c) Hearing impairment or deafness
(d) Visual impairment or blindness
